Description of Rooms
Tamarisk
Tastefully furnished, Tamarisk has its own private reception and cloakroom facilities. It is a spacious, airy room, with the benefit of natural lighting. Tamarisk lends itself to a number of flexible room layouts, making it ideal for meetings, training sessions or seminars.
Willow
The largest conference room, Willow is a spacious and airy room with natural lighting.
Sycamore, Elm, Redwood,Ash, Spruce & Maple
These rooms offer the same facilities as Tamarisk and Willow on a smaller scale. All rooms benefit from natural lighting, Sycamore and Elm having a pleasant, sunny aspect. Redwood has the added benefit of an Interactive whiteboard. Picture above shows Elm with Chairs Only layout.
Hawthorn & Larch
Pleasant, sunny rooms, ideal for small board meetings and discussion groups.
Juniper
Large, bright room which can be divided in two using the interlocking partition.
Additional Facilities
The Centre is a licensed building and has a separate bar facility which is normally open throughout the week. Eastpoint Centre's main hall (with stage) is a perfect venue for exhibitions and large formal meetings - it can seat up to 250 people theatre style and has a PA system.
Comfortable lounge chairs can be made available for less formal meetings upon request.

Telephones
There are telephones in most conference rooms and calls can also be made from reception.
